Terms of Service

Welcome to Home.LLC (“Homie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our subscription staffing services (the “Services”). By subscribing or depositing with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Parties & Scope
1.1 These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“you,” “Customer”) and 100x Home LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Home.LLC” or “Homie”).
1.2 These Terms apply to all Services accessed via homie.llc, including subscription access to Data Scientists, Web Developers, Designers, AI Engineers, and more.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering into contracts, and authorized to use the payment method you provide.
3. Subscription & Deposit
3.1 Deposit. To start Services, you’ll place a fully refundable $1,000 deposit (“Deposit”) via Stripe. Your subscription activates once onboarding is complete.
3.2 Balance & Billing. After onboarding, the monthly subscription fee is charged according to your selected role (e.g. Data Scientist: $2,495/mo). Usage-based billing (voice, text, email) begins after launch and is metered monthly or via auto-reload credit.
3.3 Refunds & Cancellations. Cancel or pause anytime before onboarding for a full Deposit refund. After activation, you may pause or cancel at month’s end; no partial refunds for the active month.
4. Instant Checkout & Onboarding
4.1 No Master Service Agreement or SOW is required upfront. You agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms via a Stripe Checkout checkbox.
4.2 Upon deposit confirmation, you’ll be redirected to schedule onboarding via our calendar link. We’ll also notify our onboarding team automatically.
5. Service Delivery
5.1 Unlimited Requests. Submit requests via your preferred tool (Trello, Slack, email). We aim for a ~48 hr turnaround on most tasks.
5.2 Proactive Collaboration. Your Homie integrates into your team’s workflows and ceremonies.
6. Usage-Based Billing
After launch, metered usage (e.g. voice minutes, API calls, email sends) is billed monthly or via pre-paid auto-reload. You control usage, spending caps, and payment methods via the Stripe Customer Portal.
7. Customer Control & Portal
You have full self-service access to:
Pause or cancel subscriptions
Update payment methods
View and download invoices
All available through the Stripe Customer Portal link provided in your welcome email.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All deliverables (“Work Product”) are yours upon full payment. Homie retains no ownership rights in the Work Product.
8.2 We may showcase anonymized excerpts as portfolio examples unless you request confidentiality in writing.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms.
10. Representations & Warranties
10.1 You represent that you have the right to share all content and data you provide.
10.2 Homie represents that your Services will be performed by vetted, skilled professionals in a professional manner.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homie’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability. In no event will Homie be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco County under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via email or by posting the revised Terms at homie.llc/tos. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
